Pets
- Pets are not permitted within the property premises.

- We accept Cash, UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
Safety & Security
- The property is monitored by 24×7 CCTV surveillance in common areas for the safety and security of guests.
- Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management is not responsible for loss or damage of valuables.
Events & Gatherings
- Meetings, workshops, private gatherings, and celebrations can be arranged with prior approval.
- Customized event packages are available upon request.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
- Any damage to property, furnishings, or amenities will be charged accordingly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By confirming a reservation with Nivaasa Living, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Policy
- Reservations can be made directly through Nivaasa Living or through authorized booking partners.
- A valid phone number and identification details may be required to confirm the reservation.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the booking type and duration of stay.
Guest Verification
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
- Nivaasa Living reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
Additional Charges
- Any services, facilities, meals, event bookings, or inclusions not specifically mentioned in the reservation may be charged separately.
- Applicable GST and government taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 5 and 7 days before arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable and the full booking amount will be charged.
- In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Nivaasa Living reserves the right to modify rates, policies, amenities, and services without prior notice.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue accommodation in cases of misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of property rules.
